Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to every order placed on blackmaskfashion.com (the “Site”) with Black Mask Fashion, Bourj Hammoud Interchange, Beirut, Lebanon (“Black Mask Fashion”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm it by email and by contacting you if needed. We may decline or cancel an order, for example when an item is out of stock or the delivery details are incomplete; in that case we will tell you and nothing is charged.

2. Prices

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and include the items you see in your cart. Delivery is shown at checkout: a flat rate of $5 across Lebanon, and free delivery on orders over $150. We may change prices at any time; the price at the time you place the order applies.

3. Payment

Payment is cash on delivery only. You pay the courier the total shown on your order when it is delivered.

4. Delivery

We deliver everywhere in Lebanon. Please give a complete address and a phone number that is reachable on the delivery day. More details are in our Delivery Policy.

5. Returns and exchanges

Our Return Policy explains how to return or exchange an item and the conditions that apply.

6. Your information

We use your information only to process your order and to contact you about it, and to send our newsletter if you subscribe. See our Privacy Policy.

7. Accounts

If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for the activity on your account.

8. Product information

We try to show colours and details as accurately as possible, but screens differ slightly. Sizes follow the size guide on each product.
